Well, that makes my head hurt. Canada had the audacity to charge a guy with murder after many witnesses saw him parading around with a decapitated head? My mind fears that Canada is heading into the nanny state style of government that Britain enjoys. They already have very strict gun control laws. Anyone with a head on their shoulders knows that a psycho will kill with whatever is available, whether a knife or a gun. I hope this puts some headlights on the Canadian parliament.
