Minors

If you are a minor, under the age of 16, we are only permitted to pierce your ear lobes and we must have your birth certificate and a parent that is on the birth certificate must be present with their identification as well.


If you are 16 or 17 years old and want to get a piercing, your must have your birth certificate, as well as, a state issued identificaton card, your parent's identification and they must be on the birth certificate.
